WORKING PRINCIPLE

1. Product Loading

The box or carton is placed on the machine turntable manually or by conveyor.

2. Height Detection

The photoelectric sensor detects product height automatically.

3. Wrapping Process

The turntable rotates while the film carriage moves vertically to apply stretch film uniformly around the product.

4. Wrapping Completion

The machine completes the wrapping cycle according to preset parameters.

5. Product Unloading

The wrapped product is removed manually or transferred through conveyor system.
