WORKING PRINCIPLE

1. Product Loading

The box or carton is placed on the rotating turntable.

2. Top Holding Operation

The pneumatic top press moves downward and securely holds the product from the top.

3. Wrapping Process

The turntable rotates while the film carriage moves vertically to apply stretch film uniformly around the product.

4. Wrapping Completion

After the wrapping cycle is completed, the top holding unit lifts automatically, and the wrapped product is unloaded.
