WORKING PRINCIPLE

1. Coil Loading

The coil or ring-shaped product is loaded horizontally on the conveyor system.

2. Product Positioning

The conveyor moves the product into the wrapping station automatically.

3. Wrapping Operation

The rotating wrapping ring carries the packaging material around the product while the product rotates slowly or remains stationary depending on design.

4. Wrapping Completion

The machine completes the wrapping cycle with preset overlap and layers.

5. Product Unloading

The wrapped coil is discharged through the conveyor system.
