Working Principle

The coil is placed vertically on support rollers or a rotating cradle. During operation, the rollers rotate the coil while the wrapping ring revolves around the coil carrying the stretch film roll. The wrapping material is applied spirally with adjustable overlap and tension, ensuring uniform and secure packaging. This process protects the coil from moisture, corrosion, dust, scratches, and transit damage.
